1st Meeting of Business Events Industry Alliance

The event was attended by 80 representatives of about 35 companies representing Azerbaijan's business tourism industry.

Speaking at the meeting, Ivo Franzitz, an Austrian expert on business events, spoke about the importance of the cooperation of the Azerbaijan Convention Bureau and Industry participants to promote Azerbaijan as a new business destination.

He noted that joint and coordinated activities among the members, as well as the proper use of internal resources,  will increase the number of business travelers to Azerbaijan.

The purpose of the Alliance is to achieve and intensify international congresses, conferences, forums, and business meetings in Azerbaijan.
