From June 5 to 6, 2024, the 29th Baku Energy Forum was held at the Baku Convention Center, fulfilling the mission of the traditional "Caspian Oil & Gas" conference on a broader scale.
The event brought together global leaders in the energy sector, thought leaders, and innovators for an unprecedented industry experience over two days. In addition to Azerbaijan, the list of participants included companies from the USA, Australia, the United Kingdom, Bulgaria, the UAE, China, Algeria, France, Italy, Norway, Hungary, Saudi Arabia, Slovenia, Turkey, Japan, Germany, and other countries. It is worth noting that the forum was attended by over 600 representatives.
During the forum, discussions focused on Azerbaijan's close cooperation with international partners, debates on new and promising projects with current and prospective investors, expert forecasts, the development of energy resources in Azerbaijan, new roadmaps, opportunities for oil and gas production, and other relevant issues.
Plenary panels themed “International Cooperation for Energy Security and Sustainability”, “Unlocking Sustainable Energy: Green Energy Potential in the Caspian Region”, “International Gas Supply” were held within the forum.
