Presentation of the documentary film «Goygol National Park»

On October 4, a presentation of the documentary film "Goygol National Park" was held at the Baku Convention Center.
On October 4, a presentation of the documentary film "Goygol National Park" which was shot within the framework of the project “9 wonders of Azerbaijan” of IDEA (International Union for Environmental Protection) Public Union was held at the Baku Convention Center.
The main aim of film demonstration organized jointly by IDEA Public Union, the Baku Convention Center and Youth Foundation of Azerbaijan is to demonstrate and promote the beauty of Azerbaijan's natural beauty and to highlight the importance of environmental protection among young.
More than 700 young volunteers who came to watch film, got acquainted with the exhibition consisting of photos taken by Igor Bishnyov, the director of the film “Goygol National Park”.
The presentation of the film "Goygol National Park" was held in 2015 and was dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the National Park's establishment. The documentary film informs about not only the unique nature of our country, but also the centuries-old culture of Azerbaijan.
A documentary film about 9 national parks of our country is envisaged within the framework of the project "9 Wonders of Azerbaijan" initiated by Leyla Aliyeva, the Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, founder and head of the IDEA Public Union.
The next films to be shot under the project "9 Wonders of Azerbaijan" will be about Shahdag, Hirkan, Altiagac, Zangazur and Samur-Yalama national parks.
Following the film "Goygol National Park", demonstration of documentary films dedicated to Shirvan, Aggol and Absheron National Park will be continued regularly at the Baku Convention Center. Detailed information on film demonstration will be posted on the official website of IDEA and on social networks.
