On 15 December 2025, the “LevelUp” Career Forum was held at the Baku Convention Center. Organised by the Youth Development and Career Centre in partnership with the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the forum brought together more than 200 young participants.
To date, the “LevelUp” Career Forum has reached nearly 7000 young people across 15 cities and regions of the country, making a valuable contribution to their career development, professional networking, and a deeper understanding of the labour market.
The forum featured discussions on evolving labour market trends, emerging professions, and future career opportunities. Following the panel discussions, an interactive session was held where participants’ questions were addressed, and their ideas and suggestions were taken into consideration.
