On February 25, 2025, the Baku Convention Center hosted the premiere of the feature film "8 Days in Captivity" as part of the "Justice for Khojaly" Campaign, dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of the Khojaly genocide.
The movie was produced by the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CVN TV, the "Belə Belə İşlər" organization, and the CAVAN Youth Movement.
"8 Days in Captivity" portrays the harrowing experiences of Durdana Aghayeva, who endured eight days in Armenian captivity during the Khojaly tragedy. The movie highlights her resilience and courage. The CAVAN Youth Movement emphasized the importance of such events in preserving national memory and ensuring that history is not forgotten among young people.
