The closing ceremony of the 5th General Meeting of “MÜSİAD Azerbaijan”

On December 23, 2025, the closing ceremony of the 5th General Meeting of “MÜSİAD Azerbaijan” was held at the Baku Convention Center.
The event brought together the Vice President of the Republic of Türkiye, Cevdet Yılmaz: Minister of Trade of Türkiye, Ömer Bolat: Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Samad Bashirli; as well as senior government officials, members of parliament, NGO representatives, and business leaders from both countries.
During the meeting, it was highlighted that members of “MÜSİAD Azerbaijan” invested a total of 167 million AZN into the national economy over the past 4 years, with 93 million AZN invested in 2025 alone.
Following the results of an open vote held at the conclusion of the ceremony, Fuat Kayhan was elected as the new Chairman of the Board of “MÜSİAD Azerbaijan”. In addition, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan and “MÜSİAD Azerbaijan”, marking the beginning of a new phase of cooperation in investment and entrepreneurship.
