On May 7, 2025, a concert program was held at the Baku Convention Center, organized by the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation to commemorate the 102nd anniversary of the birth of Heydar Aliyev, the National Leader and founder of modern Azerbaijan.
The event was attended by heads of central executive authorities and other institutions, members of the National Assembly of Azerbaijan, representatives of Public Organizations, and numerous Trade Union members.
As part of the program, a documentary film was screened that reflected the rich and meaningful life of the National Leader, highlighting his historic contributions to strengthening Azerbaijan’s statehood, improving the well-being of its people, and advancing the development of modern Azerbaijan.
The artistic segment of the event featured a musical performance of folk and classical songs. Renowned performers presented pieces that Heydar Aliyev particularly appreciated. The concert concluded with the “Karabakh” musical composition by People’s Artist of Azerbaijan and Decent Work Ambassador of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation, Mansum Ibrahimov.
