During the briefing, it was highlighted that medical services were provided to 5.16 million patients, while the overall volume of healthcare services increased by 13%. To strengthen healthcare infrastructure, 2,449 units of new medical equipment were procured. Modular hospitals have started operating in the regions and in the liberated territories, and the construction of new healthcare facilities is planned.
It was emphasized that the key priority for 2026 will be improving the quality of medical services and enhancing patient safety. Within this framework, the implementation of clinical protocols will be strengthened, with a strong focus on reducing risks related to maternal and child health, as well as minimizing infections and complications. In addition, the role of family medicine and primary healthcare will be expanded, early medical consultations will be encouraged, and monitoring of high-risk groups will be further reinforced.
