The “Law of Victory” project

On December 13, 2025, the “Law of Victory” project dedicated to the “Year of Constitution and Sovereignty” was held at the Baku Convention Center.
The event was organized in partnership with the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Karabakh University, the National Assembly of Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani Bar Association, and with the support of the European Law Students' Association “ELSA” Azerbaijan.
The opening ceremony featured speeches by the Head of the Internal Control and Monitoring Department of the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Parviz Miralamli; Deputy General Secretary of the Bar Association of Azerbaijan, Sattar Mammadov; Secretary General of the National Council of Youth Organizations of Azerbaijan, Ramiyya Shahgeldiyeva; and the President of ELSA Azerbaijan, Tarif Huseynov.
Within the framework of the project, panel discussions were held on “The History of Constitutionalism in the Republic of Azerbaijan – Heydar Aliyev’s Model of Constitutional Development”, “Comparative Constitutional Law”, and “The Role of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Constitutional Development.” The discussions enabled participants to exchange views on key issues related to the advancement of constitutional law, the rule of law, and the strengthening of statehood principles.
